- rename TweetResponse -> APIv1Response

6ed8beae26 Update SaveUser logic to account for duplicate handles, with better handling of deleted / banned users 
- BUGFIX: deleted / banned users will no longer have all their other info wiped
	- e.g., follower counts, profile image URLs, bio, etc.
